We provide quality and affordable care for our insured and uninsured patients. We take cash cash and credit card payments. Our cost for service will vary based on symptoms and conditions the patient presents with. You may incur additional charge for labs, tests or additional services. Please note you are unable to receive service for labs and tests independent of a standard visit.
Annual Wellness Exam
With an annual wellness exam we will draw blood and review to gain insight of how your body is doing. We will check your weight, height, body mass index (bmi), check your blood pressure and heart rate , listen to your heart and lungs, physical exam, and gender-specific checks.
Comprehensive Health Screening
A comprehensive health screen helps to identify at risk diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes. This is an opportunity to learn and identify potential health risks before hand. Below are a few tests that may be conducted as well as others.
