Med Refill, Simple Visit
Service Description
We offer easy telehealth refills for some prescriptions like antibiotics and blood pressure meds. Current patients can quickly refill one or two meds, simplifying treatment. Connect via video call from home if seen by a provider in the last 3-6 months or in urgent cases. Each case is evaluated by a provider.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide the best possible service and availability to all of our patients. Our policy is to charge for missed appointments unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Our no-show/late cancellation charge is $25. Please help us serve you better by keeping your scheduled appointments or by calling as early as possible to cancel.
